We have gained our experience in consultancy companies as consultants as well as in internal HR departments of international companies where we worked as project managers or we covered all the recruitment process. Such experience enabled us to learn about the job market not only in the Czech Republic but also in other European countries.
Vladimír Kočí
Is a Prague Üniversity of Economics graduate. He worked on sales positions in local IT companies during his studies. After finishing his degree, he accepted a sales position in an international IT company. In 2000 he accepted an offer to be a part of executive search company with IT and Telco sector specialization. He has worked in this area till now.
Tereza Černá
Graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts, Charles University in Prague, Institute of Andragogy and Personal Management. She has been working in the field of HR and recruitment since 1997. Past seven years she has worked in the companies aiming at various methods of recruitment. Previously, she had worked for a FMCG company and international banks. She specializes in recruitment in the field of HR, sales, marketing and communications.
Martina Hniličková
Has more than nine years of professional experience. After finishing high school she left for Oxford, Great Britain, where she studied and gained first professional experience. After returning to the Czech Republic, she started working for a sales department in a prominent international FMCG company. Martina has also experience in event management and office management and therefore she covers these in our company. As a consultant, she specializes in positions for FMCG companies, she seeks candidates for marketing, sales, logistics and administration.
Dace Ozola
Comes from Latvia, however has been a Prague resident since 2006. She graduated from University of Latvia, Institute of psychology and gained her work experience in the field of consumer care and marketing. She gained further experience during her six-month journey around Asia and Europe. Before she came to Czech Republic, she had worked in the United Kingdom. Her first job in Prague was a position of sales manager in an international company. She has been with our company since fall 2008 and specializes in the field of logistics, sales, marketing and IT.
Lucie Pelcová
In 2005 finished her studies in University of Hradec Kralove, focusing on Social politics, social work and Human Resources. Working experience gained during studies in University – as a social worker in House of seniors. She has been working in HR since March 2007 as a recruiter/ consultant in personal agency. Lucie is mainly focusing on finance, sales, logistics and transportation field. She has been working in our company from August 2010 and she is oriented on searching suitable candidates from HR, logistics and banking sector.
Hana Romočuská
During studies she gained different work experiences. In a period from 2007- 2008 she worked in Telco company and prepared trainings, organized recruitment activities and cooperated on info line functioning support activities. After Hana decided to go more into sales and joined publishing company where she was responsible for communication between client and company- she prepared offers and searched for new business opportunities. Within R4U Hana is responsible for recruitment activities in IT and Telco sector.
