Our aim is to satisfy client’s needs and expectations ASAP in the best possible quality. We consider a long-term relationship with our client fundamental for assessing the client’s needs. We try to meet the line/hiring manager for each position commissioned to discuss all the aspects of the position and start working on such commission immediately.
Normally, we are able to tell our time estimates for filling the position and clarify the whole process in 48 hours. We will send you 1-2 candidates to see if we are on the right track in terms of selection of the candidates and subsequently, we will present you more suitable candidates. This process has been effective with majority of our clients. We contact both client and the candidates on the regular basis during the whole process, which enables us to control the whole selection process and arrange for candidate’s acceptance of the offer.
