Senior Electrical Engineer - PLC, robotics, servo drives

Are you seeking complex role in industrial automation?

Our partner, an international production company with 40 employees in CZ, is currently seeking Senior Electrical Engineer. The company has recently opened a new production facility and continues growing. Main customers are TIER 1 manufacturers.

Your daily tasks:
• Development of application software for automation systems such as PLC, industrial robots including documentation
• Installation, testing and commissioning of control systems into production /both internal and on site/
• Preparation and execution of acceptance together with a customer
• Design of automation concept and standards for SW application development
• Providing customer support and training
• Communication with colleagues from other branches / Germany, Turkey, Slovenia, Mexico, United States/
• Reporting to PLC Supervisor located in CZ

Your daily tasks:

- Development of application software for automation systems such as PLC, industrial robots including documentation
- Installation, testing and commissioning of control systems into production /both internal and on site/
- Preparation and execution of acceptance together with a customer
- Design of automation concept and standards for SW application development
- Providing customer support and training

Your profile:

- Secondary technical school or University degree in industrial automation or low voltage
- Knowledge of SW (programming languages: C/C++, Delphi, Python, Visual Basic) - advantage
- Min. 5-year experience with PLC programming / STEP7, Simatic, Beckhoff, ABB or Mitsubishi/
- Experience with robot programming is a huge advantage /ABB, Fanuc, KUKA/
- Basic knowledge of servo drives, scanners or screwdriving process
- Good communication skills and customer approach
- Good English and Czech/Slovak
- MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to travel
- Driver’s license B group
