Cost & Value Engineer – mechatronics – new RD department

What will be your responsibility?
product management, project management and RD• Evaluate of feasibility of material cost targets
• Propose alternative manufacturing scenarios
• Collect, maintain and scale up knowledge of production technology
• Contribute to competitiveness and profitability of the company’s products, solutions, services, SW and processes through application of cost and value engineering levers and methods along the PLM/ PM process
Requirements:
• Technical university degree, mechanical engineering or mechatronics• Experience in manufacturing technology in factories
• Spoken English / close cooperation with colleagues from Germany/
• Experience with project management including product costs optimalization
• Experience from mechanical design with focus on optimalization would be a great advantage
• Able to work independently
• Good communication skills
