Technical support specialist – Heat pumps and refrigeration

What will your tasks be?
- Processing of price and technical offers
- Technical support of designers, installers, and customers
- Collection and evaluation of sales data from the market
- Implementation of new products in the market and preparation of documents and other materials
- Close cooperation with sales team
- Reporting to Sales Supervisor
- Management and administration of technical data and working tools such as CRM, E-Care etc.
Requirements:
- Secondary technical school, ideally mechanical engineering, or HVAC
- Proven experience from technical support or inside sales roles preferably from engineering or HVAC business
- Fluency in Czech language, knowledge of English would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills and proactive approach
