Sales Engineer - prodej vzduchotechnických jednotek

For our client, manufacturer of innovative climate solutions, we are searching for an experienced Sales Representative in the field of AHU technology.

Sales Engineer will be responsible for the introduction of recently acquired AHU business to the market as well as development & growth of the AHU customer base in Czech Republic by achieving assigned sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • To assess customer requirements and advise on the most appropriate solutions, options to meet their needs based on comprehensive site surveys and liaison with the customer.
  • Personal accountability for sales budget within the country.
  • Ensure all quotations are logged and detailed on the system.
  • Building customer data base, searching for the clients and cultivating new business opportunities
  • Liaise with the customers to develop relationships with the businesses.
  • Work with the Sales Leader and other Equipment Sales Engineers to generate opportunities for other units and develop a business plan for the appointed region.
  • Achieve agreed goals and targets.
  • Prepare quotations for customers.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts
  • Work effectively and collaboratively alongside both regional and national colleagues to support the growth of AHU products within the marketplace.
  • Attend sales & technical meetings were required.


Key Skills and expectations:

  • Demonstrated technical sales experience and deep knowledge of AHU products and market (min. 3 years)
  • Engineering Degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineer, HVAC Engineer)
  • Sound technical knowledge of products and solutions with the ability to identify the needs and provide the best solution for the customer.
  • Effective sales and negotiation skills.
  • High standard of personal presentation.
  • Territory management.
  • Reediness to frequent travels (50% of the time)
  • Communicative English + fluent Czech / Slovak
  • Passion and energy for exploring and building a new market
