Our client, itenrational pharmaceutical company asked us to help the with sourcing of Portfolio manager in mid July, newly open role in thein IT hub in Prague. We approached candidates from big international companies who had experience with managing project portfolio (100+ projects), with PM certifications, excellent English language and presentaion skills. We prepared short list of 7 candidates within 6 weeks and after several interviews were 2 final candidates identified in Aug / Sept. One of the candidates accepted the offer soon and he joined our klient in Mid August 2013.
