1. Leading International ICT company

Our client, international ICT company, one of the leaders on the market, approached us originally in Feb 2013 to help them with sourcing of Senior Enterprise sales person who will be focused on networking solutions. We disccused with the manager quite soon long list of potential candidates and agreed to approach just few (5 candidates) of them if they are interested. One of the candidate was strongly prefered by the klient form the very beginning and there was an agrément that the candidate will joint hem in May 2013. Unfortunatelly there was total hiring freeze announce just before starting date and offered candidate could not be hired. In Sept 2013 there was a chance to hire this person again so we checker the situation with the candidate and as he worked just on a contract basis he was open to discuss the situation with the client. The offer was soon confirmed and our candidate joined the company in Nov 2013.
