At the end of 2015 we were asked but one of our clients for which we are sourcing people for 10+ years that they need to hire one more senior sales person into their team who will be able to take over several important clients. We were able to approach 10+ sales people within couple of weeks with relevant set of skills and after several rounds of interviews there was one candidate identified who had real motivation to join he company – after the final interview with regional GM candidate was offered and the offer was immediately accepted. Candidate joined the company in April 2016.
